SNAP Eligibility
Before you start your SNAP preparation journey, you must know the SNAP eligibility criteria.
Here is a quick list for you:
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST candidates).
Final Year Students: Candidates appearing for their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply but at time of admission they need to summit their results before deadline.
Age Limit: There is no age restriction for the SNAP exam.
Reservation Policy: Symbiosis institutes follow the Government of India reservation policy for SC, ST, Differently Abled, and other categories.
SNAP Test Format
The SNAP entrance exam is designed to test your aptitude in various areas. Below is the latest test format:
Mode of Exam: Computer-based test (CBT)
Duration: 60 minutes (1 hour)
Number of Questions: 60 questions
Marking Scheme: For Each correct answer carries 1 mark, while there is a 0.25 negative marking for each wrong answer.
The questions are divided into three sections:
General English (15 questions) : Reading comprehension, verbal reasoning, and verbal ability.
Analytical & Logical Reasoning (25 questions) : Critical reasoning, puzzles, analogies, and problem-solving skills.
Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency (20 questions) : Arithmetic, algebra, geometry, graphs, charts, and data sufficiency.
